1. Eligibility & Licensure
To create and publish content on Therasource, you must maintain active, in-good-standing licensure with a recognized regulatory college for the duration of your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials current and accurate.
2. Content Ownership & Licence
You retain ownership of the original content you create. By publishing on Therasource, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and market that content on the platform for as long as it remains published.
3. Revenue Share & Payouts
Revenue from your content sales is shared between you and Therasource as described during onboarding. Payouts are processed through our payment provider to the connected account you set up, subject to their terms and payout schedule.
4. Content Standards
Your content must be accurate, clinically appropriate, and consistent with your professional standards. Therasource may review, edit, or remove content that does not meet platform standards or that raises concerns about accuracy, safety, or professionalism.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you publish, including its accuracy and clinical appropriateness, for complying with applicable laws and professional obligations, and for any claims arising from your content.
6. Termination
Either party may end this agreement as described in the Terms of Use. On termination, your content may be removed from the platform. Payouts for completed sales are handled in accordance with our standard payout process.
